Understand

Context

In the summer of 2016, there was growing uncertainty about the future of privacy on the web. People wanted to know more about how governments and big tech were handling their data.

Before this work was done, Dropbox published a lengthy bi-annual report which was hard to understand and didn't offer much in the way of context.

I wanted to share the story of how Dropbox protects its users through data visualizations and concisely written copy supported by illustration.
